We have over 33 years’ experience in all phases of the building industry. From product conception, feasibility study, environmental impact, design, planning, estimation, project management, site supervision, project close out, and warranty work to expert testimony in timber frame defect lawsuits. This experience covers much of the United States and parts of Europe, Africa, China and the UK. Our experience spans many aspects of construction and development, but specializes in the timber frame industry, where we have been a leader and innovator of new methods and technologies required to deliver sustainable, efficient, high quality, energy efficient and long lasting homes and commercial structures. Our work has been part of changing building codes and creating efficient safety methods for timber construction, both conventional and pre-fabricated. We were also hand selected to project manage, pre-fabricate and erect a home for the top rated television show, Extreme Home Makeover, where we had 7 days to demolish and rebuild a new custom home. As a founding member of the ABC Framers Council, we were part of changing building safety and code requirements.
